P A C E

Committed to Promoting Patient Independence.

Pace Home Health Care can provide a level of in-home care provided by Registered Nurses (RNs), or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).

What does a Home Care Nurse do?

PACE's skilled and licensed nurses will visit you at scheduled times to provide you nursing services.  Assess and evaluate your progress and update your physician on your progress.  The nurse makes special efforts to include both you and your family in your care and healing process.  Job duties for a home health nurse vary based on an individual client's needs.

Skilled Nursing @ Pace

Medical tasks completed by the nurse can include administering medication, tube feedings, ventilator monitoring and suction of the airway, medication management, teaching and administration.  Our nurses can do instant PT/INR for patients on blood thinners and can send the results to the physician immediately.
